Our orders are dispatched within 48 working hours upon receipt of your order and payment.

DELIVERIES

Delivery in France by Colissimo is free!

For the other modes or places of delivery, we give you, for each order, the exact amount of the shipping charges to be settled once the shipping address and the mode of transport selected, before the validation of your order. The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the articles ordered, in order to assure you a cost as fair as possible.

Parcel tracking is available at www.coliposte.net. Yourparcel number will be communicated to you by email after validation of your order.

DELIVERY DELAYS IN FRANCE METROPOLITAN

Standard delivery by So Colissimo.

Deliveries are usually made within 2 business days.

The order is delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order. In case of absence during delivery, a passing notice is left so that you will recover your parcel in the nearest post office. Parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In case of non withdrawal within these times, the products will be returned to us and, after trying to contact you to agree a new delivery, we will, in case of failure, refund, within 5 days of receipt of the parcel returned by Colissimo.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Colissimo delivers to your home, against signature, within a period of between 3 and 8 working days, depending on the distance. Delivery charges are applied for international delivery. The cost of delivery by Colissimo International varies from € 20 to € 35 depending on the shipping area and the weight of the package.

For international orders outside the European Union, the price displayed on our e-shop does not contain:

- possible import duties (Duty taxes)

- possible local taxes

Depending on the country of destination, local customs may charge these fees.

 

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receipt of your package to return your purchases for exchanges or refunds free of charge (from metropolitan France).

Returns from DOM - TOM and abroad are at your expense.

Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition. Only undamaged and unused parts are accepted.

To make a return request, simply contact customer service at contact@isadoralimare.com

- You will receive an email of return authorization

- The return voucher will be sent to you by mail with the stamped transport label to be printed and attached to the return carton

- Use the original packaging to return the product

- Send your package to the following address: ISADORA LIMARE SAS / Returns 64 bis Rue Nationale, 72340 Ruillé-sur-Loir, France.

... but once you receive your product Isadora Limare, you will have only one desire which is : to KEEP IT!
